Aluminum Alloy Wheel Material Selection
Each forged aluminum wheel is crafted from a single 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum blank;
composed of silicon, copper, manganese, magnesium, zinc, etc., the 6061 alloy becomes denser and stronger after homogenization treatment to boost overall performance and service life;
Every batch of these 6061-T6 blanks undergoes strict quality inspection to meet international standards, ensuring the durability, safety and reliability of our wheels.
Forging Process
Aluminum alloy wheels adopt the world's most advanced forging and spinning technology.
The production process includes sawing, forging, powerful cold spinning, T6 heat treatment, precision CNC machining and surface treatment.
We extensively use CAD/CAM/CAE simulation tools for design and R&D to achieve more accurate and efficient design parameters. Online and offline quality control equipment are applied in production to ensure real-time quality monitoring.
LANDCROWN WHEEL products have successfully passed German TUV, US DOT, INMETRO, ISO9001 quality management system and Smithers Laboratory certification.
